A balanced life

Libra is my sign,
but I don’t really mind.
Balance is my thing,
but sometimes I make the scales swing.

That’s because there’s a Leo in there,
he sometimes likes to roar and glare.
But he also gives me some spine,
when all I want to do is pine.

I like harmonic vibration,
some challenge in moderation.
I see beauty all around me,
I see another side of how things could be.

And that is all I have to say,
and let the stars guide my way.
Although I give them quite a ride,
because I also have an independent side.

I like looking at them in the sky,
before I get some shut eye.
